Bowen to have ‘fantastic career’ at West Ham
Former Hull City midfielder Snodgrass has plenty of praise for Bowen ahead of the Hammers trip to Elland Road tomorrow night.
The Scotland international said: “First of all, Jarrod is a great kid – he wants to learn. He wants to get better. He has his head down and he wants to help the team by being a better player.
“He’s listening to the staff and the team-mates around him. I’m sure he can go on to have a great career at West Ham.”
“Amazing player”
Snodgrass admits Bowen may have a hard time making a name for himself because of the pressure of his age and £20m worth.
However, Snodgrass said he would be happy to help Bowen by sharing his experience.

He said: “It was hard enough for Jarrod to play in the Premier League because he was a kid and the transfer fee was high. So, for me, it was my job to try and give him some information.
“He has all the attributes to do that and he has the right attitude. West Ham have a fantastic player.”
Bowen’s brace against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the last league game meant West Ham were ahead of Wolves on goal difference.
Before that, his victory over Aston Villa gave the Irons a two-point lead over Villa.
A win for West Ham would take them past Manchester United into sixth.
